Most projects take, on average, 8-12 weeks, depending on the scope of works. However this doesn’t include procurements of engineering plans and council approval, which take around four weeks to obtain. Therefore you should be allowing 12-16 weeks from signing of contraction to completion, for a standard pool design/build.

A concrete pool is custom designed to suit your individual wants, needs and vision. A concrete pool can be constructed in any shape, depth or size, with design features such as steps, ledges and benches where you want them and with a far more versatile range of finishes and colour options. Concrete pools can be built in ground or above ground level without the need for retaining walls and are structurally superior. Be aware that some alternative pool options are susceptible to staining from groundwater seepage at joints and inlets and can be problematic on reactive soils. If weighing up affordability, we have found that in the current market concrete pool prices are comparable to fiberglass options.

We are so confident in the quality of the product we build that we offer above the standard Queensland Building and Construction Commission 6 ½ year warranty.
Structural work: We provide a 10 year warranty on the swimming pool structure as well as full statutory warranties on the pool interior lining, coping finishes and pool plumbing. Pumps and filtration equipment have a manufacturers warranty.
